AXIOM TECH Ltd. is one of leading IT providers in the Czech Republic. The core competence of the company is the CAD/CAM/CAE area and the cornerstone of the complex systems designed, delivered and maintained by AXIOM TECH are the Siemens PLM Software (previous UGS) products.
There are three main activities:
1. NX market and customer support
Our customers are significant companies of the Czech industry and also some specialised producers. At present there are more than 80 customers with more than 700 installed NX seats in the Czech Republic. The installed base has been built almost from zero during last 13 years of NX presence on the Czech market. We provide a full support and services for our customers and also for some of the Siemens PLM Software customers - installations, training, applications development, postprocessor generation etc. We provide leadership of pilot projects, grip and user functions development too.
2. Engineering services
This portion of our activities is based on NX use for solution of particular projects. We have 1500 hour capacity monthly for these activities.
Generally we offer the following services:

NC programming for 3 and more axis machines

modelling necessary for full design of car body tools in accordance with paper documentation. It covers design of the press tools, preparation of the casts geometry and arrangements of tool parts for manufacturing

consultations and project control

working out of models and drawings from old paper drawings or 2D CAD drawings with customer defined design changes

working out drawings from 3D assemblies made in NX

standards and catalogues creation for CAD NX

creation of special user programs in GRIP and User Function

3. MAGMAsoft market, support and services
Our company is an authorised distributor of Magma GmbH Aachen and MAGMAsoft software for the Czech and Slovak Republic. We provide simulation of filling and solidification simulation with advisor services for our customers in foundries.
